QlikView Script Builder for JD Edwards in 2010
Differentia Consulting announced the arrival of a QlikView script builder for JD Edwards (JDE) customers. Designed to speed up development of QlikView documents, allowing more time for business discovery. The script builder allows for best practice design of script and also a consistent approach to accessing data from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World tables. The purpose of the script builder is to enable developers and super users to be more consistent and more productive in their build of JD Edwards based QlikView applications.
Script Builder Templates
The script builder has been used to create a number of templates for JD Customers to provide a reporting suite over JD Edwards. The templates are available with the QlikView script builder for JD Edwards to create a reporting environment to enhance or replace that offered by JD Edwards natively. In addition to innate QlikView value proposition ease of use and ability to see data from multiple instances of JD Edwards make this a viable option for many JD Edwards customers. Further these products can be used to archive JD Edwards and assists with upgrades and migrations. Significant cost and time savings can be made using these products for these purposes.
