Differentia Consulting to expand its 2017 Management Team
We are delighted to announce that Peter McQuade MBE will be joining Differentia Consulting in a part time advisory and ambassadorial role commencing January 2017.
Peter has over 35 years’ experience in the high-tech industry. Peter has held senior positions at various companies including IBM, ComputerLand, Oracle, MatrixOne and Qlik. Having started his career as a legal counsel (he is a qualified barrister) before moving into commercial roles.
At Qlik Peter was a key member of the team that developed the company into a global market leader in the software industry. He led its partner business for 7 years creating a partner program which now includes over 1,700 partners in more than 100 countries. For much of this time he also had territorial responsibility for many of Qlik’s emerging markets. More recently Peter has led the team which has built a comprehensive CSR program which embraces partners and customers as well as employees and is at the heart of the Qlik culture.
Peter was awarded an MBE in 2016 in recognition of his work in starting the Paris To Hayling Charity Cycle ride in 1986 probably the oldest long distance charity cycle in the world. It still continues after 31 years and has raised money for 100s of different charities.
