Differentia Consulting has successfully identified and deployed the Qlik Analytics Platform to address many use cases since becoming a value added reseller or Elite Solution Provider.
2015 was no exception. In fact a record year in our Qlik practice which has seen some continued growth across all Qlik solution lines of business. For many of our clients we continue to engage and support them with new initiatives.
More about the Qlik Analytics Platform in 2016
The Qlik Analytics Platform (Qlik) has three core capabilities. These are; Governed Analytics, Self Service Analytics and Reporting. Delivered by the two User Interface (UI) tools; QlikView and Qlik Sense and the reporting/output management tool NPrinting.
Well worth a mention because these capabilities and the value that they bring clients is only now being understood. The reason being is that Qlik is disruptive in a positive way, not only have we seen a resurgence in the adoption for historical BI purposes but also, and more so for traditional change management and process improvement where real business benefit can be realised.
Qlik as a catalyst for change was the subject of one of our Qlik Customer Days in 2015 and this touched more upon the technical side of things with business being able to harness Big Data and data sources to focus on maintaining competitive advantage. The primary purpose was to let our clients know that the Qlik platform is ready to support them as they collaborate in the cloud, accessing open and brokered data sources for example. For legacy on premise technologies and internally business can also benefit as they change.
Strategic adoption of Qlik as the preferred analytics tool is becoming more widespread and the advantages are many. Reduced cost of ownership being primary. The up and coming strategic benefit being realised by many is the time and cost benefit to be had in migrating systems. Archiving and Data Migration with Qlik is now one of our largest value use cases. This is an area we expect Qlik to excel in for many years as businesses move to cloud based transactional systems and look to standardise on reporting over both current and legacy data.
We expect to see many new adopters of our Smarter.BI …powered by Qlik application templates as they help rapid adoption of Qlik and often help in functions of a business where underlying technology may have been constant for many years.
With the above in mind we go to market in 2016 with increased services capability and propositions for; change, group reporting and functional dashboards and ask you to contact us if these are areas that you your business is looking to improve.
With our extensive client base and experience we can help.
We look forward to meeting at one of the many events that we plan to attend in 2016 both in the UK and internationally.
