Tim Miller, Director of Twofold (the UK’s premier Kofax and Hyland Software solution provider) a QlikView 10 customer will show you how Twofold has managed to discover their business using QlikView. Twofold have used QlikView to join together multiple data sources (CRM, Billing and Maintenance) to accurately report and clearly understand the drivers/cost allocations within their business. This enabled them to look at margin generated across all lines of business. Being better informed allows Twofold to make better business decisions when it comes to the marketing mix.
This event is aimed at business users considering an agile analytics tool such as QlikView, and existing customers already using QlikView and wanting to upgrade.
