Tangent Works for InstantML and SecuPi for purpose-based access control, and other tools. Combining with our expertise to deliver our service and #SmarterBI offerings. As part of our managed services offering we host/manage your services with cloud platform vendors such as Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (AWS), or on your premises, or via SaaS, whilst also providing additional hardening and security services as part of our #CyberHygiene proposition. We continue to partner with Oracle (JD Edwards) for ERP to service our enterprise clients that need our services.

Differentia Consulting has consistently seen a rise in the number of clients for whom we deliver Smarter.BI Qlik based solutions and services each year. Today we are proud to be actively working in each function, sector and vertical, nationally and internationally, whilst frequently receiving recommendations to new clients from our existing network. As a value add Qlik Elite Solution Provider we work with some of our clients every day of the year through Managed Services, Hosting and long term Project Management. Whereas other clients we connect with just a few days a year as we jointly achieve their BI/Analytics vision

We recognise that each client’s needs and roadmap is different and so to ensure that each and every one continues to get the maximum benefits of their chosen solution, we are evolving our Account Manager led approach to a fully comprehensive, bespoke Customer Care and Success Programme. The team will work alongside the client’s Account Manager to ensure that the relevant contacts are kept abreast of news and upcoming events, the client’s support and maintenance are always live, they are achieving and exceeding their adoption objectives and we are helping them to identify opportunities to roll-out the same success elsewhere within the business. Over the course of the next few months, we will be in contact with all clients to effectively snapshot their current landscape, we will continue to do this annually to measure and present back success. We will record where the client is at on the snapshot date and where the client wishes to be. Through our hugely popular customer events, newsletters and other communications, we will ensure that each client is sufficiently informed as to be inspired by what they can achieve, and how we can support them in achieving it.

Through our 50 strong team of top UK Consultants and Trainers, Certified Managed Services team and extensive resource network, we will support our clients through their projects, small and large, short-term and long-term.
